: Making Connections
Roundtables provide the opportunity to share ideas, concerns, successes, and opinions with your peers. By pooling resources and experiences, members come away with fresh ideas. These sessions often launch new programs that help members improve their organizations' profits and productivity.
Roundtables offer not only a wealth of constructive information, but the flexibility to set the agenda. Members discuss the issues of importance to them, through open discussion or guest speakers, bringing new viewpoints and experiences to the table. Roundtables are usually small groups of less than 20 people who meet every other month. Consequently, the group develops into a cohesive, working team of individuals committed to supporting one another's efforts. Discussion shared with the group is confidential, protecting proprietary information.
